First Securities Brokerage Company S.A.K “Oula Wasata” is one of the first companies which was granted a license to practice brokerage operations in Kuwait Stock Exchange. It provides its brokerage services to a wide client base of corporate institutions, high net-worth Individuals, and retail clients.
It was founded on the 19th of October 1985 with a paid up capital of 500,000 KD. In 2007 Global Investment House “Global” bought 70% of Oula Wasata and increased its capital to 3,000,000 KD to enhance its brokerage operations and offer distinguished services to its clients.
تعد الشركة الأولى للوساطة الماليه "الأولى للوساطة" إحدى أولى الشركات التى حصلت على ترخيص لممارسة عمليات الوساطة الماليه فى سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية. وهى تقوم بتوفير خدمات الوساطة الماليه لقاعدة عريضة من العملاء من الشركات الكبرى ، والأفراد ذوى القيمة الكبرى ، وعملاء التجزئة .
وقد تأسست الشركة فى 19 أكتوبر 1985 برأس مال مدفوع 500000 دينار كويتى. وفى عام 2007 قام بيت الاستثمار العالمى "جلوبل" بشراء 70 فى المائة من الشركة الأولى للوساطة ورفع رأس مالها إلى 3000000 دينار كويتى لتعزيز عملياتها فى الوساطة وتقديم خدمات متميزة لعملائها .
